“Shop at…” links: transparency and affiliation

When affiliation is enabled, some “Shop at…” buttons may use a tracked link. Here’s what that means — clearly.

What doesn’t change

The price shown for comparison remains a collected / verified price from our sources. Affiliation must not invent a fake discount.

You’re not required to use the button — you can go straight to the retailer site.

What the link may do

It may attribute a commission to PromoSimple if you buy after clicking, typically at no extra cost to you.

Not every retailer is affiliated. If the program isn’t enabled, it’s a normal outbound link.

How we order offers

Comparison aims for price and relevance. Affiliation must not hide a better, lower-commission offer.

If you see the opposite, email support@promosimple.ca — we’ll fix it.

Your control

Read the legal pages (terms / privacy) for the latest detail.

Ad blockers and cookie preferences: your choices matter; some audience measurement requires consent.

Transparency first: an affiliate link helps fund the service — not an excuse to distort prices. Always compare before you buy.
