The service

PromoSimple is an information platform for flyers and prices across Canada (hardware, fashion, electronics, grocery and more). Prices come from third-party sources and may contain errors, delays, or not reflect in-store availability.

The service is provided « as is » without guarantee of absolute accuracy. Always verify in store or on the retailer's website before buying.

User account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

You must provide a valid email and accurate information.

Registration may require verification.

We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

Acceptable use

Prohibited: unauthorized automated scraping, intrusion attempts, API abuse, illegal or harassing content via contact forms.

Price alerts

You may request price monitoring by pasting a product URL from a supported retailer.

Active alerts may be limited by plan (free accounts: limited number; Premium: higher cap shown in the interface).

Retrieved prices depend on external sources and periodic checks; they may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. An alert does not guarantee in-store availability or the price at purchase time.

An alert may end after it triggers; you may create a new one if your plan allows.

Outbound links and affiliation

« Shop at… » buttons may redirect to a retailer's website.

PromoSimple may earn a commission if you buy after following certain links, at no extra cost to you. This does not affect price ranking.

When affiliation is active for a retailer, a disclosure appears near the link. Retailer and affiliate-network sites have their own terms and policies.

Premium subscription

Payments are processed by a secure payment provider. No card data is stored on our servers.

Billing, renewal and cancellation terms are shown at checkout.

Refunds follow the policy stated at purchase and applicable law.

Intellectual property

The PromoSimple logo, brand and editorial content belong to us or are licensed.

Flyers, product images and retailer trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

PromoSimple is not liable for purchase decisions based on displayed prices, promotions or content, nor for third-party sites (retailers, flyer viewers, etc.).

Prices and promotions are informational; discrepancies may occur in store.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to Premium fees paid in the last 12 months, if any.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada.

Disputes fall under the courts of Quebec, subject to consumer rights.
